The room and bathroom were great and Genette would cook a mouth watering breakfast every day, even taking our wishes into account. The walk into Brockenhurst takes around 25 minutes but is quite manageable, so you can stay here even without a car or taking a cab.

The bed was very comfortable,room was warm and immaculately clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was the best I've had anywhere.

The room was amazing and premises are located in a quiet area. Wendy has put a great deal of thought into making the room as comfortable as possible for her guests making sure that anything you may need is provided. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was great. We loved that there was a fridge in the room and that cereals and milk were also provided in the room for breakfast. There was parking on-site. It was great value for money and I highly recommend this accommodation.
