Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Room had all the basic amenities and more..ex tea bags, electric kettle, toiletries. Wifi and AC worked great. It also had a shared drawing/lounge room and kitchen that we could use.

The room was clean, huge and spacious, it was cleaned every day (you can also opt not to have the room cleaned). The balcony receives a lot of sun without getting too warm (we visited in January). The hosts and caretakers were very kind and accomodating. A superb place to stay if you're in North Goa.

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. The staff took really great care of us. They arranged great meals at flexible times. The Ayurvedic massage service was fantastic.

The villa was spacious, well equipped and right in the middle of an amazing mini forest. The breakfast option was generous and delicious, so much that we had to cut back on the amount of food we ordered in the morning. Lastly, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to meet all of our needs, concerns and always ready to help. It made a big difference.
