We were blown away by their hospitality and felt disappointed that we had only booked one evening at their lovely home. This experience has left such a positive impact on us that it makes me want to visit Takamatsu again.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, including providing pick up & drop off from/to ferry port. Great unit size. Comfortable beds. Strong water pressure. Dyson hair dryer. Free washer/dryer access. Free e-bike rental. Nice garden view. 711 around the corner. Comfy PJ/sweatpants provided. Very happy with our stay! Highly recommend!

The owner Inoue was very helpful and responsive to questions prior to arriving. She was delightful. Nice breakfast provisions for the first morning. The Restaurant Aura very close by is AMAZING!

Featuring 5-star accommodation, Onyado Shikishima-kan is set in Kotohira, 40 km from Liminal Air-core Takamatsu and 40 km from Sunport Fountain. The food was amazing, quality and quantity. It seemed like the longer we stayed, the more we were treated. The private onsen rooms were fabulous, too. We went several times each day!

TSUMUYA features a balcony and is set in Naoshima, within just 1.5 km of Ando Museum and 1.5 km of Gokuraku-ji Temple. Where tradition meets contemporary art. The hosts are amazing and super kind! This traditional Japanese house cannot be missed when you are at Naoshima Island.

Featuring quiet street views, Sparky’s House offers accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a shared lounge, around 200 metres from Naoshima Christ Church. Fantastic place. Very comfortable and peaceful. Helpful staff. Close to the ferry and easy access to the art installations. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Located in Kasuga, 26 km from Takamatsu, Asan Kotonami features a terrace and views of the mountain. The ryokan has a hot spring bath and sauna, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Great rooms in a peaceful setting. Dinner and breakfast superb. Staff lovely. Wine was a very reasonable cost

Great location, 4mins from the ferry, the host was very welcoming and warm. The beds were very comfy and it was cozy sleeping together in the same room. Everything was really clean, highly recommend this place!

Hoshikuzu, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Naoshima, 500 metres from Naoshima Pavillion, 500 metres from Naoshima Christ Church, as well as 2 km from Gokaisho Art House Project. Great house, much larger than I expected for a traditional home. Extremely thoughtfully set up. Beautiful. Air conditioning was already on when we arrived. Close to the main street and ferry port. Even closer to the bus stop to the museums.
