He is an absolutely perfect and attentive host and it seems he is able to read the guests wishes and needs from their eyes. The owners were amazing, always on hand to provide, tea, coffee or cold drinks and arranged tours, tuk tuks and train tickets. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast I've had in Sri Lanka.

We liked the place but you do need your own transportation to get there. The accommodation has its own kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 beds. We got dinner from the neighbor twice and it was beyond delicious!! The walk to the beach is short. The owners are super friendly and caring, it was a pleasure to stay here. Rooms were quiet and cosy and the food was fabulous. Located close to many locations in Jaffna where you could easily visit. Host was very friendly and flexible with excellent response times for any help we required.

Without hesitation the best place we visited in Sri Lanka (during 6 weeks),.. this place (and island itself) has special atmosphere, laid back, slow tempo,.. do not be afraid of sleeping in tent (sleep was very comfortable), or having shared bathroom (amazing open space),.. bike rent and trip around the island is highly recommended,.. plus one personal advice - do not book any other night before coming here, there is big chance you would like to prolong your stay!
