Room cleaning and changing of sheets every 3 days for 3 months, owners were super accomodating and friendly, even providing gifts and snacks every so often. Property location was extremely close to nearby towns and all in all was an amazing stay.

Featuring an infinity pool and views of pool, Jade cottages is a recently renovated guest house located in Koh Samui, 2 km from Bophut Beach. The Jade Cottages are in a quiet neighborhood of Bophut/Fisherman’s Village, very accessible to everything you need but away enough from the crowds/noises and provides a peaceful oasis of green and calmness. The owners are wonderful people who make you feel right at home.

Situated in Koh Samui, near Chaweng Beach and Chaweng Noi Beach, Chaweng Residence is a recently renovated property, featuring, an outdoor swimming pool and shared lounge. We liked everything! We really felt like home! And whenever we go back to Koh Samui then we definitely are going to stay in Chaweng Residence again! We used the swimming pool often, it was nice and clean, also used gym and we loved it. Also there was a bike rent right next to Chaweng Residence and a store where you could buy almost everything you need in hurry. The staff was even willing to wash our clothes there. Simply amazing! On the day of check-out, we didn't have to order a separate taxi because there was a price list on the spot and the owner ordered a taxi for us! We are very thankful and it's hard to find such a nice atmosphere anywhere else. Thank you🙏🏼

A must visit place for a family or friends get togethers. The villas and the rooms are spacious, the breakfast has enough variety to last you a week and the inhouse pool is spectacular not to mention the view from the top of the mountain villa. You get to see the rising or setting sun from the same spot which is quite amazing. Kate, the manager, was such a darling and took care of everything with professional aplomb and her team is a bunch of jolly women forever smiling while professionally going about their work. A big thumbs up to Kate and her team.

Pictures look okay on the website but seriously just stay here. The place is way more gorgeous than we expected. They provide you with basic cooking utilities, water daily, a gorgeous swimming pool. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. I cannot believe how clean this place is. The staff is 10/10 so friendly and go out of their way to help you!! take my advice and stay here, our only regret is we only booked 2 nights. thank you aunties and everyone for the amazing accommodation!!

We were given the incorrect room at first but allowed to store our things there while we were out for the day while the correct room was made ready. We moved our luggage when we got back; the problem was handled with care and grace. Everything about this place was wonderful, from the LED color changing pool to the clean, modern and comfortable accomodations.
