We were wowed when we walked into the hotel. The décor and the furnishings were amazing. The staff exceeded our expectations well beyond what we have experienced in many other 4 and 5 star hotels. Breakfast was good and the wine & cheese evening was a great bonus. Our room was comfortable, tidy and well equipped.

Lovely to sit on the porch and watch the harbor. Easy to get the boat across or drive into Charleston. Short drive down to beaches. Pool and bikes were great. Ryan was very helpful and nice - thanks for making it an even better stay!

Built in 1778, this historic inn, decorated in a European-style, features uniquely decorated rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. Great place to stay, staff helpful and friendly, breakfast delicious. Huge room was lovely to spread out. Easy walk to shops free bus. Definitely recommend.
