We loved our staying at Little Escape and we couldn’t recommend it enough. Mike has done a great job with lofts, the design is really beautiful and modern. The open space is perfect for having dinner and relaxing watching TV. Loved the upstairs too, from the balcony you have the jungle vibe. The pool is also a nice feature, for those lazy days. Mike is super friendly, he will help you in any way he can and he know well the area either for surf spots, cafes or restaurants.

Very good and affordable accomodation. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for the guests for free using! Airco! (you need it at this level). Very complete kitchen, big fridge. Nice own terrace where we ate all meals. Nicer than expected when we saw the pics. Nice garden, with yellow and red Tucans, parrots, howlermonkeys, group of 20 whiteface monkeys close passing by, giant beautiful grashoppers. No noise from outside except for the jungle. Very secure! Dutch friendly helpfull owner living in one of the houses also at the moment. Walkable distance to BM super, but downhill. Nice interaction with other guests. We where here 3 nights. Felt at home and cosy. Would deffinately stay here again!

The property is located in a beautiful wooded area full of birds.The Cabina was clean ,simple and rustic, with two balconies,and a kitchen area down stairs. Our hosts, Hynar and Jenny were very informative and accommodating, We hope to see them on our next trip.

Excellent property in a stunning location. A bit off the beaten track but well worth it. Hosts were wonderful and made some great recommendations for restaurants which they helped us book, and a wonderfully warm welcome it was almost like staying with a distant relative -but a cool on.

The views are amazing, the bed was huge, total privacy, great breakfast and lovely staff. We loved staying there. Takes about 35mins to walk to “downtown” Monteverde, so its a little bit away, but that was also one of the wow factors about this place, the trees and nature all around.

Being immersed in nature, its a very peaceful spot. We cooked one night and had everything we needed. The little river beside the cabin is lovely and refreshing. We put up a covering on the window by the bed for extra comfort.. If felt like sometimes the builders working opposite were looking in. I would definitely stay here again
