Arawe is a newly renovated 150-year old nature cottage located around 400m from the centre of Ella. The Arawe Retreat is a magical place where you can relax in the midst of the forest. The villa is spacious and the staff are the nicest people! Also the food provided was amazing.

Featuring a garden and free WiFi, Arana Sri Lanka Eco Lodge and Yoga Center is situated in Ella, 3 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. The Eco lodge is a magic place. I spent countless hours enjoying the mountain breeze and the lush forest around, gazing at the stars at night and falling asleep with the most relaxing natural sounds. When having the chance I would consider working from there for a month or more. People are absolutely fantastic and goodhearted, plus they have so many activities that one is tempted never to leave this place. 10 on 10! 👌🏻

It is a stunning location, situated in the forest, with amazing views of Ella Rock and the surrounding area. The room was large and comfortable, with stunning views to wake up to. The free breakfast was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Thank you Amila and family - we had the best time and will definitely come back. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity!

We loved this place. The host was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The highlight is the balcony overlooking forest/jungle with lots of amazing wildlife.

One of our best stays on Sri Lanka! Stuff amazing, they offering free pick up and drop off for check in and check out. Owners will do everything for you to make your holidays easy and smooth! We asked for tuk tuk for round trip, they found best price for us, we asked about taxi to Yala - they found the best price for us. Anything we need they helped with! And you are in the middle of forest, no rush, just trees, monkeys and few other animals. Really nice stay we enjoyed and would recommend to everybody. Thank you again for everything you did for us.
