The Property is beautiful and nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. It's quiet and secluded so if you want to unplug it's good for that. The staff were amazing helpful and always available. It's wonderful for a special occasion with your family. We spent my daughters 21st there and staff were amazing at making a special experience. Chef was fantatsic, the menu had a good selection of food, breakfast was especially good. Staff were available with a minibus to take us where ever we needed to go, so that made getting around really easy. Overall very enjoyable.

The place is spacious and has everything you need: fresh bedsheets, AC, fresh towels, kitchen, fridge, plates, glasses etc. It was clean and comfy. 100% value for the price. The location is good, it is not next to the beach but a very short walking distance. probably 5 minutes. The host was very friendly, attentive and ready to help.

Amazing stayed at the VILLA 826 Ahungalla! Ramesh and his family were excellent hosts and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fruit plates each morning. Originally we only booked one night but we asked to stay for longer as we were so happy. Air conditioner Room, bathroom and dinning area were lovely,very clean and comportable. Bathroom had a hot water with good water pleasure every time. WiFi connection was very fast and superb. It had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend! We loved it here! Great value for the money that of anything. Thank you for a wonderful time in Ahungalla. Situated a 1-5 minute walk from a nice beach with plenty of shops, restaurants and food city. They helped with everything. Thanks a lot to them! We will come back to here.

It literally is a guest house to fall in love with! Our stay at Ocean Pearl Cottage was absolutely fantastic. It was characterized by top-notch quality that made us feel as though we were sleeping in a hotel rather than a guest house. Our room and bathroom were all spacious, immaculate, and so pretty, with the bed being exceptionally comfortable, to the point where saying we loved it would be an understatement. I cannot say enough good things about the owner here! When Sam, the owner of this guest house, is away working on a ship for extended periods each year, his friends step in to manage the property in his absence. We were fortunate to meet Sam, who proved to be the most exceptional host throughout our 2 1/2-month trip through Sri Lanka. Sam is incredibly kind and always goes the extra mile to ensure that every aspect of your stay is flawless. The breakfast was truly exceptional. Each morning, we were treated to a diverse spread that included fresh juices that were simply fantastic. He even provided vegan options for me, which I found to be not only delicious but also greatly appreciated. Upon our arrival, I was already struggling with a dry cough, and he prepared an ayurvedic drink to help me feel better - showing his thoughtfulness and care in a way that meant a lot to me, especially because I did not ask for that. Throughout our stay, the owner was incredibly attentive and funny, always ensuring that we were comfortable and happy. We enjoyed engaging in conversations with him about life, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that we will always remember fondly. He even cleaned our room after a few days without any additional charge, providing fresh towels, and allowing us to use his fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, he offered us the use of his scooter for touring around at no cost. And that's not all - he even cooked dinner for us three nights in a row, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight.

House owner welcomed us with juice, showed us the house. Only 2 bedrooms were able to be used, but it was no problem for us because we were only two people in here. Everytime we needed something, we just sent a message to him and he helped us quickly. Turtles, big lazards, monkeys in the garden. 2 beaches are near, but if you want to go to others I recommend to rent a scooter as we do. Big advantage is that there is a kitchen, so you can cook by your own. Every morning new kind of breakfast with fresh juices/ coconut. House owner helped us with our way to the airport. He told us about mobile app, through which you are able to book a taxi. We liked our stay in Ocean waves villa.
