We received a very warm welcome from Jean to this century’s old home. The rooms reflected the charm and history of this incredible building. The bathrooms were modern and very stylish in appearance. We would recommend Noan Country House to anyone wishing a truly Irish experience.

'Spotless' is an oft-used word in reviews but this time it is truly spot on: Ballyglass is probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Dust, dirt or stains simply don't exist in this magnificent old rambling house and the restaurant was tip top too. I'd a tasty vegetarian stir fry by the fire there and breakfast the next morning was delicious too. There's a great choice of cereals, fruit and yogurts and even seeds for vegans too. The owner Ruth is very friendly and accommodating and the price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Great base for exploring Tipperary like Roscrea, Leap Castle ,The Devil's Bit etc. Only a 5 minute drive to Templemore town for shops and hotel for food. Great value for money .Lovely host. Fantastic for families with all mod cons and great space .Will stay again!

The nice host who prepared extra food for us in addition to the breakfast basket as she knew that we had a terribly late arrival. The food is such a warm welcome when I woke up after a tiring night the day before. The cottage itself is historic but well kept. I didn’t need to worry about the hot water supply for the five adults to have bath in sequence. The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking stuff we need. Our family has an amazing breakfast time at the cozy kitchen. As a first day visit to Ireland, this is truly a wonderful experience for us. I was waken up by the fresh air and humming of the birds outside my window

It had everything you needed, it was like home for home. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, Leap Castle and Birr Castle and Gardens were just two places we visited. Beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped for all your needs and the bathrooms had a shower in one and a stand alone bath in the other.
