Fantastic location, tradition and history at every corner, excellent service - thank you to each and every one of the staff, room was spotless, the bathroom facilities (including the smart toilet and rain shower) luxurious… we would love to come back!

Situated in Tokyo and with Taira no Masakado's Grave reachable within a few steps, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. From the minute we arrived at Four Seasons Otemachi, we were treated like valued guests, despite it being our first stay. GM, Andrew De Brito introduced himself shortly after our arrival, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction (it was). As extremely detail orientated travellers with a number of requests, the hotel receives a 10/10 from us on all fronts. Nothing is too much trouble for the team; a doctor's appointment was even made (and medicine collected) for our daughter who had experienced motion sickness from the flight from Sydney and was apprehensive about returning home! Thank you to the Concierge team for working your magic! It is hard for 5 Star hotels to be on their game and maintain consistent customer service all the time, people are human after all. That said, somehow the Four Seasons Otemachi achieves this, and exceeds. The NYE dinner at Pigneto was fantastic, as was the live music (Josiah Hawley) in the lounge after. It will be a NYE to remember. Special mention to all the Food and Beverage staff, we so enjoyed our chats. By the end of our stay we felt like we'd made connections with a number of the team members, and we can't wait to return in the future to see everyone again. Special thanks to Andrew (GM) & Toshio ( for making NYE a night to remember). Thanks also to Andrew & McHayla and all Food and Beverage Staff.... It would also have to be the best view in Tokyo; providing the weather is clear, you have uninterrupted views of Mt Fuji, from the lounge, Pigneto and guests rooms. We can't wait to come back and stay with Four Seasons Otemachi again.

The room was outstanding! We felt at home right away. The view was mindblowing, every comfort was there. The staff were very nice and accommodating of our needs.

Situated right in the heart of Marunouchi business district, Palace Hotel Tokyo is 5-star luxury accommodation boasting 7 restaurants, a spa and a free-access fitness centre and indoor swimming pool. The location is excellent. Apart from being convenient to visit a lot of places in Tokyo, it’s a great experience to jog around the imperial palace, which is just next to the hotel.

Situated in a central location with 3 stations within a 5-minute walk, Imperial Hotel Tokyo is a prestigious hotel renowned for providing first-class hospitality for over a century since 1890. Everything was perfectly fine, the rooms were clean, the food was very tasty and the staff was very friendly, polite and supportive. The transfer went seamless as well.

The Peninsula Tokyo pampers its guests with a spa centre and a fitness club with a swimming pool and sun loungers, overlooking the Imperial Palace Gardens. Incredible experience. Small touches make it better - the door man ready with a towel + water when I came back from my run. The breakfast waitress remembering my room number & coffee order.

Designed by Kengo Kuma, Capitol Hotel Tokyu boasts 3 restaurants, a 14th-floor indoor pool and direct access to 4 subway lines. Rooms are spacious for Tokyo and have city views. Great view over the city, subway to the metro system could be accessed through the hotel really easy for sightseeing. Very good breakfast. Nice bathroom with bath & separate shower. Staff had a good understanding of English.
