The location of the house is excellent for those who want to visit Mont Saint Michel and the beaches of Normandy D-Day. The house is very typical Normandy and very welcoming and familiar. The breakfast is very good with everything traditional from the region, from butter to sweets and even bread. Sabine and her husband welcomed us fantastically. The Portuguese breed dog from Serra da Estrela is the best. When we come back we will stay here again. Highly recommended.

The property was surrounded by beautiful gardens perfect for a pleasant glass of wine. The immaculate room was surprisingly spacious with a large bathroom, and the breakfast was excellent. The best part of our stay was the helpfulness of our host who came to the rescue when our rental car suffered a flat tire. She assisted in calling roadside assistance, shuffled us to and from the car, and even invited us to sit down for dinner with her family when the restaurants had closed. Truly an EXCEPTIONAL experience.
