It is on the beach and quiet and the restaurant is very good. The room is very comfortable and the bed excellent. The bathroom is large and hot water and pressure are fine.

Very very good place to stay, the staff helpful and great, is very quiet, the host is really good and lovely, is close to the beach, nice crepes, good spiced coffee for breakfast enjoying under the room

This place is an absolute paradise! The fact that hotel is small, clean and full of people who really enjoys their work makes you feel like home. Alex was not only very helpful but also so kind and he always smiles to us! We felt there not like customers but rather like a part of family. Food is really tasty and the view there is incredible too! Everything was perfect.

Staff were super friendly, perfect safe setting for our toddler and staff went above and beyond to play with him and make him welcome, beach was fantastic - quiet, calm, good for swimming and beachcombing with a 2 Yr old, the local kids were also sweet and friendly. Peter and his staff went out of their way to organise a lovely birthday surprise for me with the best cake I've tasted in Tanzania and the massages are amazing! Just so helpful to organise everything we asked as well. Fantastic breakfasts/ food as well. Delicious cocktails...

Sufficient diverse breakfast, Great location, next to the beach, you can suntan in the front yard and swim in the lagoon. We booked two rooms for our children and us - both were very comfortable, and reasonable in size, with clean bathrooms, bedsheets and towels. There is a water shortage in Jambiani because of the drought. Still, the property has two huge water tanks so we did not experience any water cuts (you have to be reasonable in using water, like during the 2022 summer drought in Europe). We understood they have an environmental sustainability programme: (1) water heating is on demand, and usually not needed at all, and the running water is warm enough to take a refreshing shower; (2) instead of air conditioning, use of natural ventilation opening the windows for the sea breeze to cool the rooms. We liked these and fully cooperated. Jacob, the host, was a big smile and helpful in organizing our outings and in advising about eating places around. In sum, it was nice, we could have stayed longer, we will definitely come back for our next stay in Jambiani

[Agathe's comment] Anthony and all the staff were very nice to us, the breakfast was very good and there was a very good ambiance in the house. We could cook ourselves so it was very nice. The house is very close to the beautiful beach of Jambiani!

The people working there are angels! They helped me to get there, showed me where to by good food, fruits, where the beach is and even brought me cheap drinks from a far away pup so i did not have to walk there myself. What ever you need there are there for you! The kitchen is well equipped. Its quiet. near to the beach, with sea water as warm as in a hot spring.
