The location of this place is second to none , with everything you need from a convenience store that opens 7 days per week to a number of cafes and eateries all within walking distance. The WACA (West Australian Cricket Association) grounds is only a short 5-10 mins walk, Royal Perth Hospital is also only 5 mins walk from the apartment too. Perth Mint Museum is 5- 10 mins walking distance with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Murray St Mall is 15 mins to walk or 5 mins if you hop on the Red CAT.
