When you escape to Sandbox you will find yourself stunned by the beauty, tranquility and convenience of the beachfront location. Sandbox offers 8 beautiful absolute beachfront apartments ready for you to relax and enjoy with all that the sunny Gold Coast has to offer. Soak up some sun and take in the ocean views. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Sandbox is located in the beautiful beach town of Tugun surrounded by beautiful cafes and boutiques. With more than 15 places to eat or shop and 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk it could not be more convenient. If you surf then this is slap dab between two of the worlds best iconic surf breaks Snapper and Burleigh with miles of beach and point breaks in between. If you swim and love the beach then there is a patrolled open water beachfront 50 meters away and a short walk will put you in the beautiful still water of Currumbin Creek. Sand box is just minutes from the Coolangatta or Gold Coast airport and a short drive to some of the best attractions Queensland has to offer, with Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary walking distance away and the theme parks with in ½ an hours drive.

The property is directly in front of the golden sands and the ocean. Please note that if the apartment description does not say that it has Direct Ocean Views, then it is not located at the front of the building and does not contain a direct Ocean view from inside the apartment. There are 8 Apartments in total in our building of which 4 face the ocean directly and therefore have direct ocean views. The other 4 apartments have restricted ocean views from their balconies or Terraces only and do not have an ocean view from inside the apartment. A patrolled beach area where lifeguards are watching is 50m to the right of our property infront of the surf club. More than 15 Cafe's and restaurants are located within a short 2 minutes walk. 2 Supermarkets and bottle shop is located also within a 2-3 minute walk. Children can play safely out the front. The area relaxing and blissful. It makes a perfect holiday get away. Whatever your pleasure, sandbox has something for everyone. Sandbox is a perfect vacation retreat for friends, families, and couples.
