Villa Ysara is located on a quiet street overlooking lake Lucerne and the mountains, and it is composed of 4 floors. The bottom floor features the indoor heated swimming pool, the sauna, and the fitness area. On the second floor are four on suite bedrooms with kitchenettes. The third floor contains the living room and kitchen, and the master bedroom. Finally, the fourth floor contains two additional bedrooms and overlooks the magnificent living room and one of the dining areas on the third floor. The villa is built with the following rental configuration in mind. The third and fourth floor are rented out only together in a 3-bedroom configuration. The 4 bedrooms with kitchenettes on the second floor can be rented out together or separately, without access to the third and fourth floor. All tenants have access to the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness areas on the first floor. A security deposit of CHF2500 cash upon check-in is required.
Villa Ysara is located in a village called Hergiswill, off the western shores of Lake Lucerne. The villa is situated high on a sloping hill, overlooking Lake Lucerne and the village below. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is located only a 10-15 minute drive away from the historical Lucerne Old Town, and a mere 5 minute drive away from the shores of the magnificent lake. The renowned and majestic Mount Pilatus is located further to the west, and be be seen from the villa.
