A newly built cedar cabin is a scenic 45 minute drive to the Arenal Volcano National Park and only 25 minutes away from La Fortuna that has some of the best shops and foods in the area. Located between La Fortuna and San Ramon it is very central to your next destination. Chachagua is the town the property resides in, a community that is sure to grow with new amenities; but it currently has all of the essentials you would need to enjoy your stay, regardless if it is short or extended. Being responsible is paramount. I respect individuality and personal space. 5 years experience with tourism in Costa Rica. Currently semi retired and enjoy the sun and fresh air I employ a daily routine of walking my dogs 5 times a day along the fence line of the property. To bond with my dogs and get exercise. I believe a good diet with a steady routine is key to longevity. The host lives on the property in the 2 bedroom bungalow along with two friendly Dobermans, Zeus and Apollo, and is busy with daily routines; but never too busy to assist with helping to enjoy your stay and will take your lead and interact as you see fit.

There are no visible neighbors from within the property. There are neighbors on both sides of the gated entrance. On the west side is agricultural farming. To the east and south side are green zones. Plenty of privacy and tranquility to be had. The property is only 2km from town, within walking distance, but it is recommended that guests rent a vehicle. The cabin has a carport, but the driveway to it has yet to be built. There is plenty of parking at the main house and I am available to help load and unload your belongings to and from your vehicle.
