Villa Andree is a detached vacation rental property located in Protaras, Larnaca Region. Villa Andree can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool (South-East Facing) with barbecue and sea views. The ground floor offers an open plan area with a spacious living room and kitchen, accompanied by a TV set in the living room. In all spaces of the house there is A/C available. Going upstairs you will find 3 double bedrooms, leading you to the terrace and balcony. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
