Reception opening hours:

A EUR 200 deposit is due upon arrival. It will be refunded at check-out after inventory has been verified.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance to obtain the necessary access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the car park operates by using a lifting platform and car dimensions cannot exceed 4.96 metres in length, 1.98 metres in width and 1.95 metres in height. Additional car parking spaces are available outside and are subject to availability and height restrictions do not apply.

Please contact the property in advance to reserve bed and bath linen, available at a surcharge.

Please note that a small amount of cleaning, including the dishes and kitchen area, is expected at departure.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be rented on site for an additional fee of EUR 9 per person.

A baby cot and high-chair can be rented on site upon request and at an extra charge of EUR 25 per stay.

Please note that the city tax is only applicable for guests of 18 years and older.

Please note that pets can be accommodated for an extra fee of EUR 5 per night. A dog basket and carpet will be provided.
