This was the best experience you can have. The staff was AMAZING. They were so so sweet, so kind and helpfull, and with the best patience you can have as a human being. A friend of mine was also staying over but did something wrong with a booking, and they were so helpfull, so she could also have the best stay possible. The staff was caring, and very funny. You can have good laugh with them. I am surprised how guest can treat them so unkind, because all they do is help you, and you can also have a very nice talk with them. Being kind to other people is for free :) Give it a try! The hotel manager Ibrahim was also the BEST. I wish i could stayed for a longer period of time because it was the best experience i could have.

Many thanks for the Hossam he is a very professional one who is trying to make the guest satisfied as much as he could, he made the honeymooners package amazing for us. We stayed here for one week and had an incredible time. We came from New York, and have traveled to many many different resorts all over the world including the Carribean, and Europe. This resort was really beautiful and service was amazing. We really enjoyed the food but the buffet options were top notch. Special shoutout to Mohamed Ousha from the Anchor restaurant. He was attentive, polite, had a great sense of humor and continuously checked in on us. Also Sherif (Luxor) from the Coral Restaurant. He provided a great service and was really kind and wonderful. Shoutout to the entertainment team they were really great. My kids really loved Khalid, Alex and Ameera for their positive attitudes. The rooms were spotless and the hotel was immaculate and kept clean throughout the entire time. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to have a relaxing time with wonderful service and great food.

I have been to many Jaz hotels in the area, this is by far the best. Top class restaurants, food, services, animation etc. amazing facilities, modern rooms. I would highly recommend, especially for couples.

Everything was perfect, food & beverage 10, housekeep 10, animation 10, pools and beach 10, with shallow water for kids and deep water from a nice marina for swimming and enjoy snorkling. Aqua park also suitable for kids and adults. All of the staff were so friendly and trying to let us be satisfied, Mr Mohamed and Mr Walid the managers and the chefs were taking care of us always asking how satisfied we are!.....we would like to come back again next year
