I could hear everything that was going on outside my door, the walls are not that soundproof, the shower is pretty low standard but I am a bit nitpicky

We got an email after we booked advising there would be a cleaning free for a baby crib! Ridiculous. Soap dispensers in the shower had mold on them and the shampoo and conditioner didn’t smell pleasant at all. Towels are old and ripping on edges. Our booking.com Genius upgrade wasn’t available as we needed a pet friendly room but gave a standard room instead of upgraded. This hotel is very overpriced for its facilities

Outside of building and lobby are not impressive but the room was great.

Great value as we were on our way from Vancouver to Jasper. We were upgraded to a suite... huge for just 2 of us.. two rooms, 3 beds, a microwave and 2 refrigerators. Location in downtown Kamloops was perfect to walk to restaurants. Unfortunately the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed but there were lots of other options within a few blocks. Windows open to allow fresh air which I really like.

Nothing, it was all good.

Room was nice. Bed comfy and the bathroom looked really brand new. Loved the pool, i managed to get a workout in! The games room looked fun, if you brought a family!

Here and there a bit dated, but because the place was hygienic it was fine for me.

Convenient, clean place. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Nice restaurants in direct vicinity. For me a good place for an overnight stay. Parking option below hotel.

Room was a bit on the small side, with not much space between the bed and the dresser/tv stand. We requested a late checkout twice, and we still got a call from the front desk at 11 am asking when we were checking out.

We were able to check in early, which was nice of them to accommodate. Staff were very friendly. We loved the arcade room and the pool looked nice, even though we did not have time to swim.

The hotel was a bit dated but the price of the hotel reflected that. There was a few undercover parking stalls but not suitable for a tall car, the remaining parking is outside, behind the hotel and can be access from another street entrance.

We booked to stay one night just to break up the drive between Jasper and Vancouver, this hotel did the job. The rooms were comfortable if a bit dated. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and attentive.
