Very clean, great location , pretty close to Dubai Mall , subway, restaurants, cafes and groceries. Beautiful view on the balcony. The owner is a pleasant man ready to give useful advice . The answers very quickly to our needs.

it is nice location. friendly staff. value for money.

in the mornings it was impossible to catch the lifts. their load capacity is small and the hotel is pretty big. so after 25 minutes waiting you may end up walking down the stairs from level 14.

The AC was cold and none adjustable, no extra blankets, the noise from a disco was teaching the room and was very loud

Reality doesn’t match the photos (pool area, view from the room on Burj Khalifa), uncomfortable bed, you need to wait for 10 minutes for hot water to come in shower
