The staff go above and beyond, are very welcoming, and were easy to speak with, and very outgoing. Two ladies in particular, who were on shift for most of the Easter weekend, were amazing (I’m ashamed that I can’t remember their names, sorry).

Would be much better to have partitioned balconies for a little more privacy, and to stop people noisily running back and forth. Food can often take a long time in the restaurant too.

There was no breakfast apart from some milk. The premises were very comfortable and well supplied with everything that might be needed but it did not include food.

The room had all the amenities needed.

The bed was small for a queen size bed. There was no fan or vent exhaust in the bathroom; the head of the bed was just to the left of the bathroom door...not a nice odor for those in bed and could have been avoided if there was a vent. Also, the steam and moisture from the shower was trapped in the bathroom; a vent would resolve this issue too. Lastly, the light on the bottom of the TV would not turn off, even when the TV was off. IT was like a nightlight but brighter!
