The room that the hotel provided us had cigarette smell. When asked the manager to change rooms, one girl at the front desk rolled her eyes. It was absolutely disrespectful.

I tried to change my reservation for one king bed after noticing they gave me two twin beds for my wife and I and was told that I had to pay more because I changed from 2 people to 1 on the Booking.com site and then that if I booked directly with them that they would waive my cancellation fee which I did yet I do not see my cancellation fee has been waived??? Very frustrating.
