I liked the interior design, the location and the staff. The walls of the apartment were clean, the paintings - beautiful and matching the nice pillows, the kitchen - fully equipped. There were even a hairdresser, an iron and a scale.

Very good location - walking distance to many places and very close by to a tram station. The apartment has all the basics needed for a short trip, being a comfortable bed a highlight.

There was a funny smell in the bathroom. Also it'd be great to include soap and shampoo for showering. Communication with the owner / admin was OK, but it could improve.

The combination of the roof terrace and the location makes this a very good choice for us. The apartment is compact, but has a smart use of the area. It is in very good condition.

- check-in starting from 4, checkout max at 10: too much difference, best is 14-11. - no sense to have the sofabed in the second room, it's uncomfortable and the room can host a proper bed - they ask to clean the dishes (reasonable) but they don't provide a sponge, and for 3 pieces I won't make a dishwasher - we ask for a second key as the house is big, imagine with 2 couples but they don't provide it - in the instructions they say that they don't take the luggages in advance so better to rent a nannybag but if the agency is open they can, so no need to pay: not really truth instructions - the week before I tried several times to contact the agency through WhatsApp but they don't reply, difficult communication to organise yourself till you receive the instructions - no sense to pay extra for the linen and towels as it's essential for every stay: please include them in the price - the checkout day for us was a bank holiday in Bordeaux thus the agency was closed and we needed a place to store the luggages till 3pm as almost all the nanny were closed too. Considering that the check-in starts at 4 I have asked them to leave the bags in the closet, leave the house at 10 as mandatory checkout time but keep the key to just pick up the bags. They didn't let us, lack of trust, no flexibility at all neither considering that the city was completely closed in festive day. - please, at least put one big bottle of water and don't tell us you can buy at the supermarket. Be a warm host.
