Friendly staff went out of his way to accommodate us with extra towels and milk.When I asked for extra milk he have me a jug full. When I returned it the next day, we had come in from a day out he had left me a a brand new carton and extra condiments. Excellent customer service!

This was a fantastic hotel and I cannot fault anything. The staff were super friendly and helpful, my room was a lovely size and very clean and comfortable. I really liked the homely feel I felt from the hotel and the room itself.

Large rooms, and an OK view. Clean (ish) with some areas needing some spot detail cleaning (behind the bed) Car Parking TV selection was very good with Netflix and You Tube options Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable

Dated decor and if I was not as confident staying in hotels, I might feel a tad unsafe as on lower floor (my request) Would not feel confident if there was an emergency evacuation that it would be carried out safely and within requirements (no duty manager available / was a member of staff in WH Smith) Only Costa open 24/7. Curtains on hooks! NO AIR CON

Stayed in an apartment and the size of the rooms took us by suprise. Really fantastic views from balcony and good facilites, including in the kitchen area. Very comfortable and clean rooms.

The interior and furnishings are dated, particularly in the bathrooms but it didn't impact the stay (the showers were still good). For the price, excellent value of money and it was still a great stay.

Nice kitchen with lots of room. Fridge and tea kettle were available. Bed linnens were clean. More room than you would have in the city center.

There was lot of mold on the window frames. The breakfast was honestly weird. We expected something normal but were just given a box from a fridge with 1 yoghurt, waffle and a cookie.
