The view from the property is absolutey breathtaking and unforgettable! I totally felt myself in Tuscany. The place is close to bus stops that go to the station, one of the gates to the old town is less than 3 min walking, and you can reach the city center by a 15-minute walking (despite of the hills, but Siena is entirely like this). We reserved some time just to enjoy the apartment and the view, and it was perfect. The host is very friendly and helpful, giving us clear instructions about how getting the keys and entering the apartment. The bathroom/kitchen facilities and everything that you need is there. I would definitely recommend and come back.

The best part of this place is the staff! It's a family run establishment. They are kind, hospitable, and attentive to the needs and requests of their guests. The location is great for families who want to spend time at the beach or go to Fiabilandia. The breakfast was also ample and delicious.

The room was beautiful and clean. We liked the trams in the room. We also liked that everything was keypad-operated, so we didn't have to wait for check-in/check-out or carry keys with us. It's definitely quality accommodation.

The only downside is the location, as it's about a 20-minute walk from Verona Porta Nuova train station. It's also a 25-minute walk to the Arena di Verona (city center). Although there's a bus stop not far from the accommodation, the bus doesn't run there on Sundays. Since we were there over the weekend, we had to walk quite a bit. It's more worthwhile for people who have a car or scooter.

The room was smaller than what I am used too but it was was adequate.. the breakfast was outstanding and the serving staff was excellent.... the location of the hotel was not what I expected - but I was in Rome and not the US....

We were not expecting so many stairs. Over 55 steps to the room. But…the staff was very helpful with our luggage.
