Positive section of review
Great location, host very nice and helpful, kitchen equipped with most of necessary accessories. There is a small warehouse, a barbecue and a terrace were you can spend a lovely afternoon. We appreciated the silence, the amazing surroundings and the fact that you can park the car in front of the house (so no need to travel 5 min by foot from the camping entry).

We didn't appreciate the fact that we needed to prepare the beds (sheets and pillow covers available in bags) and that no towels were available in place (the host will advise you on that). There was no hand washing gel or bathroom consumables (except toilet paper and a hair dryer). On the other hand, you have a supermarket 5 min by car (Plus) where you can refill all missing stock.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The management is gracious and helpful. The room was exactly what we needed. I value comfort and cleanliness. Our room—and the main area of hotel—were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice.

In the middle of the local Amsterdam area, close to museums and restaurants. Good price for a solo traveller or a couple trying to save on hotels. The check-in staff was also very nice and helped us get a taxi at 5 am to the airport.

Very small and informal hotel, definitely not for long stays or people that want a luxurious experience, which is not a bad thing because that depends on people.

Brilliant location close to public transport and not city centre. Clean comfortable surrounding. Beds were sweaty at night due to mattress covers but otherwise lovely.

The hotel has amazing staff and great facilities, including a gym and sauna. The rooms have small kitchens, which makes them very convenient.

The location is quite far if you enjoy doing everything on foot. However, the train station is only a 5-minute walk away, and you can take a train to get closer to the city.

All pillows in the room were too large and tight, so it is uncomfortable. Also, consider having a lightweight blanket as well, since eiderdown is for very cold weather.

Our room was never cleaned, despite the sign being on the panel by the door. Breakfast was rarely refreshed, unless requested and there was a sparse selection. The a/c in the room appeared to be inoperable, which for April was not an issue but it would be during a warm period.
