Almost nothing. The breakfast wasn't bad, the room was clean, but I guess that's about it. Location? Overall the location should be excellent, on the island and in the center. In fact, much depends on the footbridge connecting the island to the city. It so happened that many times we had to walk or drive around because the footbridge was raised. Neither in the hotel nor nearby there is any information about this.

You have to remember that booking.com customers almost always get the worst possible rooms. In this particular case, they do not inform that there are TWO buildings and only the second one is for booking.com customers. And, of course, parking view. Surprised? Be prepared to deal with the staff. Incredibly rude, without basic manners, "thank you", "excuse me", "please" are forbidden phrases. In case of any problems, they easily blame YOU (they are masters, they have perfected this method for decades), do not answer your questions and do not address the problems, but ask perverse questions leading to your imperfection, because by definition they are perfect and untouchable. The crew expects customers to understand their problems, such as new employment, lack of training, poor foreign language skills or unfamiliarity with customer procedures and rights. If you understand this, the rest is trifles. No service after 10 pm, keys and cards don't work, of course most in emergency situations, etc., that is despair. Combine the situation of no service with the card not working, enough? And try to understand that this building is trying to be a hotel (definition of hotel - 24 hrs/always). Never again.

Great location and accommodating staff they let us keep our luggage they were both before and after check-in/check out. There was even a really neat bar underneath.

Very nice modern room design. Well equiped: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Contactless check-in/out.

Apartment was on the first floor with the view straight to the construction works across the street. Would be nice to have some more privacy.

The matrass is very thin and not so comfortable. In room 3 the rain shower was leaking so much water, that it did not work. I could also not leave the shower telephone fixed.
