The location of the hotel is very good, you can cross the road to the mall and walk through to the beach. The hotel is beautifully decorated both in the lobby and in the room. At night, the room has no outside noise even though it is in the center of Pattaya. There are many areas for children such as a play room, tiny water park and various activities available at different times. They serve a variety of breakfast but the area is a little crowded.

Overall, it's a good hotel. But because there were quite a lot of guests, my room had just been cleaned when I went to check in at 3 p.m. I had to wait for the room for about 15 minutes. The room I got was not clean well, the floor was a bit dirty I can feel it while walking barefoot and previous guest spilled water on the carpet.

Not perfect but still very good. Staff are exceptional, pool is great, location lovely. Restaurant ok - better options close by but more expensive. Good choice for those with children. Great value - Would definitely recommend.

Everything. Have stayed here many times over the past 10 years and it always lives up to standard. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bangkok. If I could give more stars, I would.

The biggest problem is the musky / moldy smell… everything smells including towels, mattress, pillows etc. I believe it’s caused by staff switching off AC when it’s not occupied which is really damaging such a beautiful property and it’s not healthy... first day I couldn’t sleep because of horrific pillow smell, on the last/fourth night I got sore throat… shame
