The location was the best part, the view was nice. There were restaurants very close by, Seafood BLVD was the best. Walking distance to the beach and local shops. You can see the Pier and can walk there as well.

All of these pictures need updated, this home looks nothing like this. It looks abandon and the stairs and the deck look very unsafe. We didn't even use the deck, It's missing parts of the rail and floor. The grill was completely rusted out and looks like it was going to fall over. There is garbage underneath the stairs entering the home. I was embarrassed to come out or to be dropped off there.

The hotel offers an ok free breakfast, a small workout room, pool (but it was closed), and a basketball court. My 10 year old also saw a corn hole game.

I thought the room would be a large 1 bedroom suite, but it was a small studio with very little space for my family of 3 to move around. When we opened the fold out couch, we had to crawl over furniture to get to the bathroom.

Every restaurant closed way too early, even though the website said it should be open. We had to order out and pickup dinner from Ale House because there was nothing to eat at the resort. Also the arcade was a ridiculous price. A $25 arcade card last about 3 games.
