The shower cabinet door leaks quite a lot water so there is a big puddle outside after shower. A safe for your laptop and other valuables would be nice to have in the room. The ventilation of the hotel seems to be turned off during night resulting slight sulphurous stink especially in the bathroom.

Excellent location near Alexanderplatz station, good breakfast, clean room. Option for a 5 euro voucher for the restaurant for each day you don't want your room to be cleaned.

Quite expensive. The lobby/breakfast room looks like a fast food restaurant, so the first impressions here are not good at all. A shame because the rest of the hotel (rooms, corridors) is not so bad.

To be woken up early at 9am the last day by the cleaning service on the day of check out when I was allowed to stay till midday and when I specifically asked not to upon arrival.

The variety of the breakfast was not much, it was always the same. We would have been happy to have Bavarian pretzel or that kind of bakery, but what we had was delicious. The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was very hard.

The location was perfect and quiet, the staff was helpful and kind. We could leave our luggage there after the check out and we could enjoy the city. The room has enough space. We got voucher because we forgot to clean the room.

Food during the day could be better quality. Front desk is a nightmare as only 2 people and 50 people checking in.

Round Cupboards/Wardrobes... a strange design choice over practicality!

Good stay, really nice room, staff helpful and very good selection for breakfast. For a budget hotel it was very good, and in a great location with a short walk to Alexanderplatz station and other nearby busses and trams etc.

The tap was clogged

Pillows were so soft and there wasn’t any choice to have fhe firm ones, when I asked the receptionist about this she said that’s the only ones they have- the very soft pillows. It wasn’t ideal for me as I have a neck problem.

One thing for breakfast: They do not offer to make egg sunny side-up, while the kitchen is full-featured and at least two staff were available and did not seem to busy.

Breakfast was very nice and well-sorted, bed and mattress was comfortable, toilet clean and enough space. Option to not use daily cleaning gives you discount, that was nice.

Hotel was a few minutes walk from Alexanderplatz u-bahn. Location was perfect for getting around. Staff at the desk were lovely and helpful. Drinks in the fridge were reasonably priced, and you were provided with a glass if you wished to relax at a table outside. Room was clean and comfortable. Brilliant shower. An excellent breakfast selection. I would happily stay again when in Berlin.

Excellent location, just a short walk from Alexanderplatz. We stayed in a quadruple bunk-bed room, which was a bit cramped but otherwise it was fine. The bathroom only had a door for the toilet (without a lock) and no door for the entire bathroom, which we found odd. Breakfast was good and plentiful. This is a good location for families with kids (and a dog!). Our dog was provided a comfy bed and treats, which he enjoyed very much.

Toilet plumbing seemed weird. It would flush in the middle of the night and wake me up. It seemed to have a mind of its own !! TV set had a very limited number of channels. No European football available to watch even though Germany had 2 teams in the semi-finals. The hotel lacked a reception area - except 3 pods which offered limited seating.

The housekeeping is very poor. They do clean everyday but they just fold blankets and never bother cleaning the table or the floor. I stayed for 4 days but the floor was dirty everyday. They need to train housekeeping staffs for better reputation of the hotel. Other than that, all was perfect.

I didn't have much expectations, but all turned out perfcet with H2. The location is one of the best, in the transportation hub in Berlin. It's so easy to get anywhere by metro, bus and tram. The room is simple, but quite spacious and well maintained. The breakfast is nice. The breakfats area is very crowded but they refill everything really fast and the crowdness doesn't cause any delay or queue. Staffs are nice and overall it's a great value hotel. I will definitely come back.
