Very central to the beach and to amenities (supermarket, restaurants) as well as restaurant/bar downstairs. Swimming pool was also very good and clean - very modern set up. Apartment was clean, modern and had enough facilities to accommodate a family. Robert at reception was also very accommodating and helpful on arrival

A small starter pack for the kitchen would have been welcome (e.g. washing up liquid, cloth etc).

Rooms not sound proofed so woke up every morning by maids ~ not an issue for myself as I like a wake up call however may be an issue for some Also would be nice for pool to be heated in early season months.

Amazing property; surprised it is only 2 stars. Kitchenette well equipped and lovely restaurant for breakfast/lunch. Great location for family, also right next a lovely beach. Beds super comfy and also provided with lots of extra bedding (pillows and cozy blankets) also 2 televisions (one having smart connection) which is great when you have kids. Staff very nice

We stayed here as a family of 4 for 4 nights. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Hair dryer in bathroom. Air con was great! It’s a 2 min walk to the beach/supermarket/playground/taxi rank. Feels very safe & family friendly. Good selection of restaurants in the area. Food in the hotel is very good, highly recommend their pancakes, pizza and salads! Staff very helpful & friendly! Not noisy at nighttime. Places close around 12am.

Great location in Cala Llonga. 20 mins from Ibiza Airport. 2 min walk to the beach/supermarket/restaurants/playpark. The hotel itself has a play area/pool table/air hockey great for kids. Breakfast was delicious. We also had lunch and dinner here on a couple days. Highly recommend the homemade pizza! Taxi rank 1 min walk from hotel.

The only thing that we missed was double bed. Our daughter was sleeping between us and she was on the line between two beds which was not so fun

Amazing stuff, very fast internet - this is the only hotel I have been with 100+Mb/s internet speed. It’s 2 minutes walking from the beach with many nice restaurants around. Multiple kids friendly beaches with 20 minutes car ride distance. The pool is great as well because it’s suited for both little kids and adults

The only minus was noise from other guests - loud music, shouting, singing etc often well after midnight. Had to complain several times, got very little sleep the entire 10 nights. Also really loud music/people partying till after 1am from nearby bar. None of this the fault of the establishment.

Clean, modern, comfortable. The team on reception were fantastic, our flight arrived late therefore meaning we were late to check in. Had some hungry children and they ask the attached restaurant to stay open a tad longer so we could order some food for takeout. The shower and left luggage facilities made it easy to enjoy our last day and still shower and be refreshed for our late flight home.
