The sofa bed in the living room was not the comfiest and, although there are 2 showers, only one could be used at a time due to water pressure.

Communication with the hosts was misleading somehow: we were contacted by WhatsApp businesses account and it seems like there are few different people who communicate with guests. We were given different information about the check in possible earlier time. Also note that to check in you'll be asked for your ID photo to be sent by Whatsapp which for us didn't sound too safe, so we had to go to the hotel to check in with our IDs in person. This hotel was located close to the apartments thought and it wasn't much problem.

Central location, walking distance to shops, attractions, public transportation. Good rooms, very comfortable for staying in, an interesting design which at all happens not often, but here you feel a nice touch of art. Two bathrooms, good hotel standard bed. Access to the common terrace is a great bonus, but do note that Penthouse apartment has direct entrance and windows to the terrace so there is no real privacy for guests of the penthouse. Good value for money overall!

It would have been great to have had simple instructions on how to operate the washing machine and drier. Also it would be great if there was some washing machine detergent for guests to use as we could only buy a 2 litre bottle at local supermarket. The pump bottle for flowing soap in the bathroom didn't work.

The apartment had a separate bedroom and the living room had a washer/drier and a dishwasher. It was furnished with comfortable sofa and chairs. We enjoyd being in such a central location so we could walk to all the important tourist attractions.

The entire unit- walls and ceilings were painted red. It was very attractive and nicely done, but did make for a rather dark space.

The unit was huge with two bathrooms and sleeping space for 4. The stairs are steep but there is elevator access from the rear entrance. The unit has new, modern furnishings and a nice kitchen. The unit has large windows/doors that open onto balconies at streets on two sides. The host was very helpful and communicated with us on access and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The location is great.

Spacious, clean, showers had plenty of hot water. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and crockery. Easy walk to places of interest. A good restaurant almost opposite. A short walk to Las Setas and bus stop for bus 32 to get to Santa Justa Station. A lift to the 1st floor from the rear entrance. Contact with the property team by WhatsApp was on time and polite. The apartment was very comfortable for 2 people.

We were there for 5 nights (we extended our original stay) but still thought they might have done housekeeping one time. I could possibly have asked as they responded quickly. The checkin is a 10 minute walk from the unit - just to be aware.

The location was very good. You will walk miles no matter where you stay (or taxi if necessary). It was very clean. Bedroom is not large.

The price we paid was high, but no cleaning services were provided! We stayed for 3 days and 3 nights, and no cleaning services were provided and no cleaning instruments inside to clean by myself. The interior was a bit shabby (scratched walls, scratched furniture), and not very clean. Although the checkout time announcements were displayed everywhere in the living room, we received pushy messages to remind us of the hour to leave, on the day of the checkout, though it was early and we had enough time until checkout. For the high price paid, such carelessness is not allowed. Overall, the price is too high for what they offer.

The location was great: a walking distance to the city centre, but a tranquil place for the night. Easy to find and easy to check in (with a code). The ascensor is a plus as the accommodation is at a superior ground (the entrance with the ascensor is at the back of the building). The two bathrooms were an excellent part of the accommodation. The apartment is large enough, featuring a bedroom, two bathrooms, and a living room (with a coach, a small glass table, two chairs and a kitchenette).

Amazingly big spacious apartment in a great location, easy to walk to many attractions. Lovely street views from windows & nice having windows on more than one side of the apartment. Very comfortable bed. Two bathrooms, including a walk-in shower / disabled bathroom. Having use of a washer & dryer was a bonus for us as we were travelling to several locations in Spain. Clear instructions for entry & a lift as well stairs. Would definitely recommend the apartment & would definitely stay again.

Great location in heart of Seville. Jewel box of a unit. Lots of windows. Cosy and bright. Lovely shared rooftop terrace which we had to ourselves. Even though we had to pay for it we were able to arranged a late check-out.
