Pretty decent accomodation in the city. It was not miraculous, but for the given price and on the given place, the best I can hope for.

Hot water has a very bad smell, we could not take a shower. This might be related to free hot water in Iceland.

There was nothing to hang towels etc. on. Neither in bathroom or kitchen. The floor at first seemed clean but in some way it kept getting dirty by some kind of dust that can't have been brought by us.

Amazing view from our room, where we could see the ocean and the mountains. Really pretty room.

Would have been nice to have a toaster. Found there were mosquitoes that would come in the windows so would be nice to have screens so we could keep windows open.

Easy to enter and fairly close to what we wanted to do for activities. Front parking was good. Glad there were generally open spaces.

The apartment was a great price and the location was fantastic if you want to be close to the city but without the pricetag! There was always parking available, shops on your front door, and places to eat seconds away! Comunication was amazing, and it was a stress free process from start to finish. I would definitely use them again!

Couldn't wash dishes as the tap was broken. But they did get it fixed by the next evening.

The location was good with super market right opposite to the apartment and subway right next to it. The host was approachable and had a smooth check in.

Perfect for a family school holiday trip. Great value, clean but basic option suited for a family trip with 3 children. Well equipped with towels, hairdryer, washing up liquid etc. Free parking available. Kitchen area made it possible to make a picnic and cook a simple meal on some nights as eating out was often expensive. Supermarket opposite for provisions. Easy check in and check out.

The smart key at the front of the apartment wasn’t working well even though I was given another code. We waited another hour 4pm before someone from the building fortunately happened to be going out. They said they have the sane problem. We use the key to get inside the building

The cloth to clean the dishes was missing. It didn't bother us much and I am sure that if we have contacted the property we could get a spare one, but it would be good if this was checked in advance.

There is a luggage room available, where we left the bags after check out, which is a great option

We where right next to the entrance/exit, so all we heard where people stamping the snow off their shoes 🫣 front of the apartment was a wall of glass, not really necessary as being on the ground floor you had to keep the curtains closed anyway to stop people from looking in. The room seemed to be missing a curtain panel, which let the light in from outside, over the entrance/exit at night. We did request 2 single beds, as it was me and my sister travelling, but got a king size bed with 2 duvets. Only small things but would make a big difference

Perfect little apartment. Had everything we needed. Nice and warm for 2 weary travellers and the bed was SO comfortable! Right over the road was a fab little patisserie and a krönan store, ideal for essentials, and only 10 mins away from sky lagoon and 15 mins from grötta lighthouse

There is no on site reception team so when the arrived on our first day and there was no hot water we had to get in touch by text, however the team were really responsive and the issue was sorted within a few hours.

The room had an amazing view, was a good size, good value for money and the check in instructions were easy to follow. The hotel is located opposite a supermarket and a few coffee shops which came in handy and a short journey from the wonderful Sky Lagoon! The booking team were easy to get hold of for any questions or issues.
