1. The floor was wet once we entered the room. Even though we are allowed to enter the room an hour early, the hotel should make sure the floor is dried enough for the next guests. 2. The aircond also was a bit leaking, even though it was not too bad, but still it was distracting. 3. The breakfast should include fruits and salads too. 4. Maybe in the future, the hotel should think to provide a proper drying rack for the customers to dry the clothes properly as understandably the main attraction here is the pool. And also to avoid other guests clothes suddenly flying to our balcony or vice versa. 5. Just a disappointment as our second visit here. We requested a room with a sea view but until now, we only get partial sea view and lower level. How sad as we do admire the sea view pictures of this hotel. Maybe that's one not worth the money. Overall, the hotel is still in good condition and I enjoy staying, especially for the family. Just to maintain it properly for the future. Thank you.

The size of the rooms reflects the price offered. For those who want to bring small family, the standard rooms is adequate and quite cheap for about 200 square foot. The best part is, this hotel is by far the nearest to the beach. You can enjoy for a long walk along the sea shore...fantastic ...

Breakfast finished a touch early for us to be able to enjoy, but then again we did not really need it so it wasn't that much of an issue.

Spacious room, simple but did the job which was to provide us with a bed and shower before our bike race in the area. Hotel is a touch old but has character, views in the morning of the Malacca Strait are awesome.

the lift condition is worst and smelly. need to upgrade room facilities. I entered cafe for breakfast at 8.50am, I request to refill one of the main dish which finished. Staff said no more to top up but breakfast time still 1 more hour left. this is unacceptable as the food have to be sufficient based on the number of guest.

The cleanliness should be improved, The furniture in the room is quite old.

The staff are very helpful. The aircond in our room is not working and they switch us to another room. Kudos to the receptionist and the technician for their effectiveness.

Tbh i lower my expectation toward this resort since ive read the reviews and luckily ive got a good room and quite big for me & my fams. Also i got a room with seaview. Thankyou! Good staff also. They also have lift and if you need iron it located in every floor . Pantai poli & pantai purnama really near to you just walk by and you reach it.

Why put non halal 3 in 1 product for customer use? Very unacceptable about that. I already checked in detail.. there is no halal logo for that Sin Sing pack. Previously is coffee mix is good already.
