We took studio unit, The room was stuffy and inadequate extension plug for table fan . Would have been better if fridge available too.

Strategic location in Kundasang town and early morning Mount Kinabalu view.

The Mt Kinabalu view is real and majestic, the room is just normal, but the staff there are really friendly to help, we have a steamboat dinner there with a RM20 stove rental, they have everything we need. The room no aircond, but Kundasang does not need air cond, it can feel a bit humid in the room.

The window of my unit felt a little unsafe, cause there was another unit behind. So we did not dare leave the window open for safety reasons. This restricted the air flow, and made the room stuffy at night. Better placement of the window would be better.

I loved the view in the morning. I had a clear view of Mount KK just outside my room. The property itself is not too difficult to get to, and is near the town. However, the noise from the main road, does not disturb the ambience of the place.

The location is 6-10 min uphill walk from the main roundabout which was a bit difficult with backpacks. The coffee cups a bit spotty.

The road to the place is a bit scary. The wifi is not working at all. The wall is too thin. Even we walk slowly, its still noisy.

A great place to see the mountain! Its really clear! The water heater is in a good condition.

Would have liked to have curtains or mosquito nets so that we could open the windows.

Good location and facilities. Water heater worked well and WiFi was strong enough for an online meeting. Didn't get the room with the mountain view but the view can be seen from the outside compound.

The second nite we stay at the family room (attic 1) i actually choose this room because there have a balcony facing the mountain and have a dining area with simple cooking stuff. And also a living room area. Is very good for family gathering BUT what I didnt like is the floor. Attic 1 is located at 2nd floor, but soundproof of the floor is very bad. Even my kids walk softly also can make noise sound. Tats y we got a complaint from 1st floor guest. I keep asking the kids to walk softly and softly. I wont recommend if u wish to have a group gathering with eat and laugh. Dont choose 2nd floor. Or, u make sure they have no guest at 1st floor😜😜 And , the first nite we stay the room CP 1 - CP 4. There are away from the other room. Good choice if u going to stay late on the night with friends and family. We talk and laugh and play till late.

We stay 2nites here with different type of room. Both also have it pro n con. Location very nice. Just few minutes drive to the pasar ( main road) And also only within 15minutes to most of the attractions point and restaurant. Staff very polite. Contact person or cs also reply very fast. Have a very open space to enjoy the sunrise and KK mountain.

Not far walking to town bazaar and night market. The room offered a clear view of the mountain peak. Hot water and Aircon were good. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Property no restaurant no coffee or tea but only kitchen offered, friendly staff but I didn't manage to really talk with them as I can't speak Bahasa Malay, room was ok but not sound proof, you can hear people walk, talking. Light sleeper should consider care fully. The towel got odor smell (Recommended property to watch with hot water or dry it away from rabbits cage)

The view in the morning is amazing, the garden was very green and nice weather, try go get the room with mountain view and you can see it from your room in the morning. Walkable distance to the town for some food.
