Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaThe hotel was a fantastic choice for us for a lovely 3 night stay in the heart of the city. We were upgraded to a premium room, it was spacious, very clean and modern. The bathroom was huge! Breakfast was really nice with plenty choices for everyone to enjoy. We also liked the pool and gym facilities. The staff was always friendly and very helpful and I really appreciated that they managed to find my selfie stick which I had forgotten at the concierge while waiting for a taxi. I called the reception and the item was return to me as soon as I came back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying in this hotel when in KL. It is close to the new TRX shopping mall and very easy access to Pavillion, Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang! Would surely stay there again!

SingaporeNothing much but if we were to be picky - pool area is pretty small, TV does not have airplay
Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Convenient location between several malls, close walking distance to new TRX mall and various places to eat, although the roads around do get very crowded during peak hour. Good value for money.

FranceExcellent location for shopping addicts and city-breakers (5 to 15 minutes walk from the city’s biggest malls), exceptional view on KL’s numerous and breathtaking skyscrapers, very spacious room (40m2 minimum), very clean bedroom/bathroom linen, modern amenities (rooftop infinity pool, sauna, arcade room, self service laundry, ionic hair dryer, etc), helpful staff (special thanks to the French speaking attendant from the breakfast service and the concierge who arranged a smooth airport transfer for the check-out).

UkraineSome little things that could be improved would include minor maintenance things that should be attended and paid more attention to: in our case it was the sink drainage in the bathroom which was not very good; the shower head holder was not attached properly (and not very convenient, I would suggest the one that allows to fix the shower head, instead of the selected design). Also, for the room with 2 persons it would be wiser to provide 2 teabags of each kind of tea, instead of 1. As for breakfast, adding some no-sugar yoghurt and salad vegetable options would probably be a good idea. The gym is mostly oriented at males, for female sports it's necessary to add some yoga/stretching mats and smaller dumbbells. Nothing to complain much about, but more attention to such details would make the experience better.
Very good location in Bukit Bintang: close to the big shopping malls, not far from Petronas towers. The hotel itself is a 43-floor modern building, with common areas (gym, playroom!, self-serviced laundry room, saunas and open rooftop pool) on top 3 floors. This common area is really a great addition to the hotel services. The rooftop pool with a view is a blast! Modern, good sized rooms, stylish design. Availability of little "kitchen area" in room is also a great plus (microwave, sink, some dishes and filtered water) I liked very much the ability to make room requests using the virtual concierge (by chat) Reception on 40th floor, but there is a concierge and a person who greets you on the ground floor, so you always feel welcome. The breakfast was nice

New ZealandEverything was great but the coffee machine kept breaking every morning we were there and kept running out of milk, however when this was brought up with a staff member there were happy to help and fix it.
Capri by Fraser Hotel in Kuala Lumpur provided a comfortable and convenient stay, with modern amenities, spacious rooms, friendly service, and a central location, making it a great choice for a hassle-free experience in the city as it is close to so many places. Walking distance of one of the biggest mall. They have a gaming room attached to where the laundry is, with arcade style gaming machine and a small room with PS5s. The roof top pool was amazing! I'd go down to the corner street shops which opens up early to have some breakfast!

The location is near from Win Heng Seng (the local cuisine), the Pavilion mall. The staff especially Shakil from Housekeeping, he/she is very good personality, because when my daughter forget her glasses and bracelet, Shakil keep it, altough I'm already check out for 2 days. And when I ask at the lobby, they can give it back to me. Thank you so much...
