The car park (very limited), the 'first impression' look - hotel definitely needs refurbished or due an upgrade in keeping up to current era as it was opened in 1980, the 5 star goalpost has moved.

The guards were on their phones a lot and the guard who was directing cars was quite rude and unhelpful. Some adults were smoking poolside and at the pool bar (smoking allowed there, just not inside the hotel rooms), so the kids and families were all smelling second hand smoke.

Wonderful location and nice building. The rooms were a little small and the toilet a bit tight for family but no issues there. Breakfast food was good, but in 3 nights (the hotel had lots of customers, fully booked for school holidays) not much variation from morning to morning. Good staff except the guards were on their phones a lot and the guard who was directing cars was quite rude and unhelpful. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were lovely.

The breakfast buffet can be a little bit crowded and chaotic.

We used to stay here before covid. Just came back from this hotel and it still beautiful and well maintained. Definitely suitable for family vacation. They took care of the beach too. Good for weekend getaway.

We woke up on time at 8am so the children can enjoy the pool. Unfortunately the cleaner did not finish the pool vacuum, and it only resumed at 9am (as the worker mentioned). I wish they could do the cleaning earlier

There is an unpleasant smell when I entered the room.But when I came bck later at night,the room smells nice like what should a five star hotel..The check in is slow n also check out.Maybe because too many guests as it is school holiday.

The view is nice n serene.The room is big spacious n comfy bed.There is a balcony n chair to enjoy my coffee time frm my room.So much privacy.The decor in room is lovely.

Beach Resort - we found the landscaping beautiful, beach is clean, 2 pools one with bar is just chill, staff is friendly and room is spacious. The air con is nicely cold we can really sleep well in the comfortable bed. Guests in the hotel are half family and half business when we were there. Check in process is good and we got a free validated ticket for car park. We didn’t have a free breakfast for our daughter that morning as she slept till end of buffet but hotel staff is flexible enough to let her get a simple dish and we can paid it as ala-carte. Just a short walk from hotel , is a square with small shops, Starbucks and McD. The evening walk at the boulevard is nice too.

We had twin bedroom and size of each bad was not wide enough and was below standard. At least each bed is always queen size for such price of a room.

A few things There is a sliding wall between the room and the bathroom. I have no idea of the purpose of said sliding wall, and this would be quite odd even if travelling as a couple. Never liked these odd connections between the bathroom and the bedrooms. The lighting in the room was a bit dark, as it is in most hotel rooms. As I was travelling for work it made things a bit difficult when reading at night. The room fridge was a bit small, and not very cold. So items in the fridge, were not chilled properly.

Room size is very large and comfortable. The bathroom is very large and comfortable as well. Very well equipped. The bed is the best feature. Bedding was premium, comfortable and pillows were great. The room aircond was another great feature. Good temp control, and no musty smells. Thank you to the Hotel for the birthday cake, as I was travelling on my birthday. Made my day... Facilities wise, the pool and gym were great! Breakfast buffet was a great spread as well, with a gorgeous view.

The staff told us that they don’t have corporate rates of our company. And we found out that they do have after our stay. Both pools were very crowded (a lot of kids).
