I don’t ever write reviews but I wanted to give credit where it is due. The hotel is in a great location, very clean with good facilities. But, what made the stay perfect was the staff! they’re friendly, polite and can’t do enough for you! Absolutely fantastic experience, 10/10 and all the staff deserve to be praised because they work so hard to make your stay as enjoyable as they can.

I was not able to switch off all the lights. The light at the corridor cannot be switched off. Wanted the room to be a bit dark and to leave the bathroom door ajar with the lights on only.

Location - perfect! It is in between both Imago Shopping Mall and Suria Sabah. The Sinsuran market is directly in front of the hotel. Room was spacious easy to move around. Bed big enough for the three of us. Love, love the breakfast! Variety of food options from western to asian. Staff have been very hospitable and friendly. Complimentary parking for residents is a bonus!!

I think the outside glass windows need to be cleaned regularly because the dirt outside blocked the nice view

The room size is just nice, with more than enough plug point at multiple sides of the room, make it very comfortable for charging every electrical gadgets ... the bed and pillows are so comfy, with very clean linen and towels. The foods are marvelous, love it. So many choices for breakfast from local to western menu. Dining area is spacious and comfortable. The most important thing is a declaration of HALAL certified.

cleanliness could be improved - carpets were stained and in need of a deep clean. Some areas in bathroom not cleaned. Bath amenities were surprisingly basic. Breakfast (room service) portions were huge but disappointing

well located in the city plenty of food and markets nearby super friendly and helpful staff, great service spacious rooms

The smell of the bird stool at the hotel entrance is horrible.

No bad words for this hotel.

The hotel has outstanding facilities, staff and catering. Our room was fresh and cleaned daily, with a gorgeous view of the KK waterfront and sunset. We had breakfast included, which was excellent quality and had a great variety of food everyday. Staff were hospitable and very helpful. The value for money is great considering the prestige of this hotel chain.

    There's no private beach access

Fantastic sunset view with white egrets coming in to roost and sleep on the trees in front of the swimming pool which is on the 2nd (3rd) floor where there's a small bar. Although there's no access to the beach, there is the quayside row of bars and Italian restaurant just 300 m walk in front of the hotel (crossing a busy main road). Behind the hotel are lots of small shops (not really selling anything attractive to tourists BUT there are 2 kopi tiam (traditional non air-conditioned coffee shops) within 80 m selling 1) pork noodles 2) selling tom yum, curry and prawn noodles and also wah tun hor. They open at 7-4pm only. Further on behind the hotel around 900m is KK garden which has a few seafood restaurants, the one I would recommend is Shiang Tian. Lots of Korean tourists seem to like it there cos there's lobsters, crabs, fish etc
