The service for food and beverage was extremely slow even when there was no one else there When our room was cleaned they took some towels and didn’t replace them. Didn’t clean the bathroom or replace used dishes and we also ran out of toilet paper because they didn’t replace it

The beach toilets are discoloured and pretty gross, the whole beach toilet area inside needs redoing! The loud music really is loud! It’s like being in a nightclub from 11am-12pm and on weekends later! Out of the three nights on the last day the music toned down a little beach lounge music in the day and then loud, which is how it should be all the time! I went for a massage at 11am which was AMAZING but let down by the loud base of the music which prevented me from fully relaxing! The massage therapist said they often get this feedback and complaint! MANAGEMENT listen to your clients. And if you’re going to ask for feedback actually take this into account and do something about it! People are on holiday and come to a hotel for balance and to reenergise, don’t need tin tin bang bang music at the loudest decimal for 13 hours straight!

The property is funky and has lots of potential to be 10 stars but there are a few things that let it down!

The pool side music could be a little less loud Some areas are a little tired and could benefit from a refresh. Eg. Lounger covers, outdoor chairs

Beach Club didnt end at midnight as indicated in website/social media. If you’re not a party person, note that the room is not soundproof so the music can get really loud.

Room we booked has a beautiful beachfront view during sunset. There’s easy access to the beach, pool was nice to swim around and staff were friendly.

One needs to were a band on the wrist given by them to enjoy all the in-house facilities which is the most uncomfortable and weird thing I’ve have seen. Also there was gap in the window through which sound from 4pm -1am dj sound entered into the room. It needs refurbishment.

It was lovely to sit around the pool in the day and music was played at a reasonable volume. However at about 4.30pm each day a DJ arrived and the noise was ramped up unbearably loud until midnight. If it was just the Saturday night for example, or even if it was every night but at a lower volume and from maybe 7pm that would have been OK. There were just one or two round the pool in the evenings, most people left so it seemed crazy to have it so loud. Unfortunately for Dash it meant that we always went elsewhere for dinner.

Lovely location on the beach. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Reasonable priced pool bar and food was really nice. Excellent breakfast, with lots of choices, which was included in the price.

Unique theme of Alice in Wonderland. Comfy modern rooms. Beautiful pool - beach club from 4pm. Location a bit away from Cenang beach, which makes your stay more cozy and relaxed. Friendly ambience.

Our room had a private jacuzzi which we couldn't use because it didn't hold water ... very disappointed. Breakfast buffet was limited.

The hotel was a themed resort and had a dj every night. You have direct access to their private beach.

The foods, needs to improve. The nasi lemak doesn’t taste like nasi lemak at all. The sambal was watery. Other buffets was ok ok lah..

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel at the beach side! Managed to catch the beautiful sunset! Definitely will be visiting again!

The pillows are very bigh and fat to sleep on. Need to have thin pillows for comfortable sleep and tv to have atleast apps to play.

Room amenities that are default can be slightly better.

Definetly great resort vibes. You walk in and everything is open air around the hotel. The pool with beachfront view and the live Dj playing daily makes it great for friends to have fun. Hotel breakfast was also great! especially with the beachfront view (although we chose to eat in the AC section). Pretty decent gym as well.

-I don’t like the DJ keep playing Indian music and most of the time he went missing from DJ console. -staff is rude and not efficient. I called FO 3 times just to ask them to send up a opener to my room. I wait for 1 hour. - I called 2 times to FO to assign housekeeper to clean up my room while I away for breakfast. But no one have clean my room after I return my room. I have to call 1 more time to remind FO. Sucks service and staff is not professional enough. Honestly, the price is not worth for the service. As a returnee, I can say that Dash is still have room to improve in service, please train your staff or else you will lose customer like me.

This is my second time back to dash. I like the environment so much! Private beach and pool. Pool is open until late night 12:30pm, and gave DJ playing music as well. Overall is a very relax and chill place.
