This hotel being a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, I was expecting another type of service… There was no one at the main door to welcome us upon arrival, and the reception staff did not take time to show us all the hotel’s amenities and even asked us if we had a good stay upon departure. The concierge service is also very poor for a 5 stars hotel. The room can also be noisy as you hear everything from the corridors which woke us up a few times in the middle of the night.

The location with walking distance to the malls, cleanliness and comfort of the room. The housekeeping staff are excellent and the room was spotless. We also really enjoyed their pool area and bar with the view of the towers.

the breakfast saloon doesn’t have enough space, so you often have to wait in line, which can be quite annoying. People waiting outside makes it uncomfortable to enjoy what should be a 5-star breakfast experience. Additionally, the breakfast variety is not that extensive

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years due to my job that involves frequent travel, and this hotel is one of the best I’ve experienced. The comfort level is exceptional, the staff is amazing, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend .

The ambiance design was great, modern and traditional at the same time. All services were great but the house keeping service exceeded my expectation by placing bookmarks on the beds when they noticed we had books with us. that was a nice touch.

Amazing service, amazing location and the beds were bloody comfy. Went there for a birthday and was immediately impressed with the amount of effort they put into preparing a small balloon decoration, a small cake and were incredibly hospitable around each and every restaurant in the hotel. Worth it!!

I liked everything, however as a possible suggestion, the wardrobe mirror is in an area of low light so you cannot see yourself well. It would have been nice to have a flow length mirror in better lighting, since the room is big enough for this. If you were to spend more time in your room, there are no foreign entertainment options on the TV such as Netflix, Prime or Disney, it’s predominantly all Malaysian TV or other areas of Asia (option to screen share from your device but won’t work on Netflix). Another thing I noted was that the outside windows were not clean (of course it’s understandable that it’s very high up and difficult to clean, but just something I was aware of). But these are minor, nitpicking matters- the hotel was great and staff were all wonderful.

The RuMa was a wonderful hotel, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location is ideal, only about 5-10min walk to the Pavillion shopping centre and Lot 10 area. They have good amenities, with a complimentary mini fridge and you have the option to read any newspaper or magazine. The lounge and pool area was lovely.

My bath was not fixed correct and shower didn’t drain so well.

Love the staff, style of the hotel and location. It’s really modern and has a great pool bar and restaurant. I would stay again for sure!
