Everything was amazing! No complaints at all!

The staff of the hotel are AMAZING and the place was really beautiful. The rooms, allowing pets, location, and food was great! But what made the place shine was the amazing staff and the kind people there. They went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of, they helped whenever they had a chance, and were always smiling and being friendly. The staff are the best and if you want an amazing time, this is the place to go to find the best service and people to make your experience awesome. Thank you all so much! Definitely would stay here again in the future and recommend others to do so as well!

The hotel room is not sound-proof. I got a room on the first floor and it was super noisy staying next to the main street and right above the lobby. I couldn't sleep the entire night and asked the staff for a different room the next day which they initially promised to change but somehow when I returned in the evening they said they don't have a room. I was disappointed with their efforts to solve the problem for me. Although they tried to make up by offering other complimentary drinks, I had to stay in the same room for another night.

Definitely the best value at the rate I was paying - located not far from Nisantasi and Taksim which have lots of restaurants and cafes. I love the neighborhood, the Turkish breakfast the hotel offered, and the overall ambiance of the room.

👌🏽 nice retro interior design with cozy breakfast area. 👌🏽 Super friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They even noticed from my passport that my birthday was during our stay and surprised me with a yummy cholocate cake from a local cafe which was super nice. For our departure, they organized a cab and prepared a breakfast selection although it was really early in the morning. 👌🏽 great location in a quiet street in walking distance from Taksim Square. Amazing pide and Kebab restaurants nearby as well as mini marts 👌🏽 delicious breakfast with various options to choose from 👌🏽clean rooms with daily room service

Great place, relatively close to the city center, good room and services. The greatest part was the receptionists, Meryem maxsat and Emil. Would definitely go back to the fox 🦊 if I ever come back

The location is very good and close to transportation and tourist attractions in Istanbul. The rooms are good and clean The receptionist is very nice and friendly room service was good.... facilities were good

I suppose the location is somewhat less than perfect. While it is located centrally, it is on a small and steep side street, so I could imagine that some travelers may have a hard time transporting their luggage up and down the street, although I personally did not have any such problems.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and tasteful. The breakfast was fantastic, although maybe a bit too much food. And I got all of this at a cheap price. I believe this may be the best value for money I ever got from a hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and truly the icons of this hotel; management should be proud of them. Although the hotel was small, it offered great value. We felt very safe there, and its proximity to Taksim Square—an area most visitors like to explore—was a significant advantage. However, we found the streets around the square to be crowded and rife with thieves. Despite this, our experience at the hotel was very positive. Special thanks to the excellent staff whose proficient English made our stay even more enjoyable.

The furnishings were worn down. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the duvet was too small for the bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cute atmosphere in the lobby/dining area. The breakfast was good with lots of options and you have access to unlimited tea and coffee.
