Only thing was the walls/doors were somewhat thin and we could hear some people next door. We had an adjoining room that had a door in the middle of our wall. Not anything crazy, but we put on some sleep sounds and it drowned everything out.

Convenient to Universal Studios w/shuttle. Price was great for location. I honestly expected to walk into a hotel that could have been run down when I booked, but pulled up and saw the lobby and then room and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were very friendly! Overall great stay!

The lighting in the room was a bit poorly. It could’ve been better in my opinion.

The location is everything. Close proximity to Universal as well as many many food places. TGI Fridays, Burger King.. Decent shopping close by in the form of the outlet malls as well. I love the fact they also have a free shuttle to and from Universal daily.

THE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE CAN BE IMPROVED. I REQUESTED FOR SOME TEA BAGS, SUGAR AND GLASSES FROM THE LADY AT RECEPTION IN THE NIGHT. THE LADY SEEMED TO BE LITTLE RUDE AND VERY CLEARLY NOT HAPPY TO PROVIDE THESE ITEMS. THE MANAGER IS VERY NICE AND SEEMED ALWAYS HAPPY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS. I PARTICULARLY LIKED TABLA RESTAURANT STAFF. VERY COOPERATIVE AND HAD HAPPY FACES. THE SERVER LADY SONAL AND THE MANAGER NATHAN CAN BE MENTIONED AS THE BEST EMPLOYEES. WE TOOK DINNER IN TABLA RESTAURANT EVERY NIGHT OF OUR STAY. THE FOOD IS WORTH APPRECIATION.

IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AT CLARION. THE LOCATION AND PRICES WERE THE BEST.

There’s no microwaving your room you have to walk to another destination to use the microwave and after a certain time that door is closed.

Close to everything. It’s literally a 15 to 20 minute drive to all the attractions and restaurants.

Room 4115 - 2 king beds - everything worked well and was fine for my short stay. Walls were a little thing though so hearing neighbors was a regular occurrence.

Air conditioner, it doesn't have a remote control, specially at night is very inconvenient. The sheets had a lot of stains. The pillows were uncomfortable.

- Limited access to the microwave - Low quality gym. Extremely poor. It’s better to get rid of it than to renovate. - Breakfast availability. We chose this place because of its close proximity to Universal Studios Park. We liked everything and would definitely recommend it. The only disappointing thing was that our room was right next to the stairs, so it was loud at night. It’s more about people who don’t care about others’ rest, but in the end, it affects the overall experience. There are two ladies serving breakfast, so be aware and count your change. They often make mistakes with change and do not provide receipts, so it’s best to be cautious.

Drawers would not stay closed. Annoying! Floor was dirty, as my socks showed the dirt. Brand new socks I might add!

Perfect location for visiting theme parks, food at the restaurant was amazing, nice having coffee shop on site as well
