We stayed for one night to rest during our road trip. It couldn't have been a better choice. The hotel is well located in the area with lots of restaurants so it's easy to find a place to eat. The room is nice and spacious and the bed is very comfy. Parking is free and easy to find in the hotel parking areas. Unfortunately we had to leave very early on the next morning because we had to continue our road trip and didn't get the chance to try the breakfast. Will definitely looking forward to stay again at this hotel or another Best Western Plus location!

Love going to the women’s basketball hall game, eating at Calhoun’s, seeing Pat Summitts statue, we visit with friends while here. This trip was to get my grandson’s first haircut. The lady that cut his hair was the same one that first cut our daughter’s hair.

Well, honestly, I didn't see much of Knoxville, but it was on the way to Chattanooga. And it was a good place to stay, making the rest of the drive to our destination (90minutes) convenient. Which did allow us time to check out the local sites. (we checked out the Museum of Appalachia, a living history museum, just 20 miles north of Knoxville. I told my husband about it, and since we'll be driving to Tennessee more often since my brother is moving there this year, I am excited that I can take advantage of what Knoxville and Chattanooga have to offer. I definitely want to explore Knoxville and its surrounding area over the next few years. The mountains have been calling me for years, but this was the first time I drove through this southern part of Tennessee. It's beautiful out there! I'll be back.

Traveled thru the area. Stayed two nights. Did not have much time to enjoy the offerings. City looked clean, with plenty of trees and green space. Picturesque but still has all the elements of a large metropolis.

We were in Knoxville for the University of Tennessee...
We were in Knoxville for the University of Tennessee football game. We stayed on the out skirts of town because either other hotel rooms were booked up or the hotels jacked up in prices for the weekend. Knoxville is a great city to visit but if your not into college football I'd suggest you visit when there's not a game going on.
There's a lot of fun restaurants in downtown Knoxville "Market Square".
The property was spacious clean and peaceful. My vacation stay with my wife was incredible I got to visit her family here and see downtown Knoxville as well as sleep well at night having a cozy stay for the both of us. My host was very hospitable offering us ESPN+ and Netflix. They went above and beyond for us despite a mistake from booking.com causing confusion between us. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it another 3 nights. I would strongly recommend this place and I will be surely coming back again.🙏🏾💪🏾
I took my daughter on a little trip for her birthday. every other hotel was outrageously priced BUT this one was decently priced. We were a little nervous at first but once there it was friendly and quaint. The staff were kind and the room was clean. Its a bit outdated but that is OK we felt safe and taken care of. we will stay again if we are in the area. The beds were comfy which was an added PLUS!
I did not eat at the hotel but that was a nice option. the location was excellent for walking around downtown. parked my car in the hotel garage and didn't use it again until i left to go home. they allowed me to leave it in the garage past check out time so i didnt have to pay for public parking again.
Fantastic location. Knoxville is very walkable and the sites are accessible. Everyone was nice. Forrest, the valet was kind and accommodating. The breakfast was terrific. Even had vegan options, which was nice. The fresh fruit was so delicious. The roof top bar was beautiful and had some vegan options.
The location is great, we walked to dinner in the downtown area and explored a bit. The rooms were modern and comfortable. They have a Starbucks on site. The parking garage has a high daily charge but the hotel gives you an access key to come/go as you like. It was quiet.
We were just passing through. Late arrival worked perfectly. Valet parking. Rooftop restaurant/bar perfect way to get a beautiful dinner before bed.loved the historic downtown and ready to come back and spend more time in Knoxville.
I thought the price was excellent- while not right downtown, it was certainly accessible to downtown Knoxville. They had NO pet or parking fees, which were excellent! And the breakfast was surprisingly diverse and tasty.
Staff are very nice and helpful. the room was very clean and exceeded my expectation. It truly worth what I payed for. I have tried more than three hotels in west Knoxville last couple months, this is the best so far.
Room was awful nasty filthy paint all over the floor burn holes in the tub on the walls carpets staff was rude house and staff was never got my $75 deposit back on my card nastiest ones in West Knoxville
Spacious room, very well equipped including coffee maker, charger, iron+board, sofa, 2 screens. Very clean, too. Very helpful and friendly personnel. Great location in walking distance to downtown.
The property is easy to find, pretty with very cute furnishings and finishes and some lovely decor touches. It’s close to downtown as well which has some great dining and entertainment spots.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and charming. Room was cozy and clean. My son and I enjoyed walking to downtown Knoxville for dinner.
It was a comfortable home and only about 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville. There were a lot of stores close by and easy access to get anywhere. Nice quiet neighborhood.
Beautiful apartment! Spacious and the decor was top notch! We were downtown for the St. Patrick’s parade. We were close to all the action! It was a perfect weekend ☘️
Convenient, simple clean little house for a few days in Knoxville. Easy to access all of the highways and downtown within a couple minutes. Great value.
