I loved the town. It is a chance to see the real Morocco.
I loved the town. It is a chance to see the real Morocco. The people are genuinely friendly. The beach is beautiful. We had dinner in Snack El Bahri. A very nice seafood dinner for two with beverages for 15 dollars US. The town is lively and felt extremely safe. I want to return . .

Super Town with a buzzing vibe.
Super Town with a buzzing vibe.
We ate delicious lefts in the main square at the end of the souk. Pomegranate juice is my new favourite drink.
The fish market is clean and efficient with a grill restaurant above. What’s not to like?
The massive industrial plant to the south gave us some concerns in terms of pollution.

I went on a tour north along the Atlantic coast of Morocco. From Agadir in the south to Tangier in the north.
The land route was 900 km. I did not make a stopover in Rabat.
Agadir is a clean and neat city. Agadir was the most European-like city that I came to in Morocco.
If you want it to be a little more exotic, then El Jadida is an excellent place. El Jadida has all kinds of styles. The typical classic Morocco. The French colonial style. The old Portuguese medina-like style, as well as the modern Moroccan style.
Casablanca and Tangier are clean modern big cities.
I think Essaouira is a little over advertised. Essaouira has a large medina which is a tourist attraction. Safi was a paltry town not worth visiting.

We arrived at around 8 pm at the property and then had to wait nearly an hour be fore somebody arrived. The place was filty, bods were not made, the bathrooms a mess; some of the lights were not working etc. So we just left and check in the nearly hotel Ibis.

Definitely not ready for simple tourists, which sometimes can be a plus. But the entire citadel is running down, and the cisterns were closed because they collapsed. The city doesn't have the same feeling as other cities in Morocco - Azemmour, 10 minutes distance, has much more vibe.
We were pleasantly surprised by Mazagan. It definitely exceeded our expectations! We really appreciated the service overall, the pool, the staff were friendly and very professional.
The whole establishment was extremely clean. Covid measures were truly respected. Most of the staff if not all were wearing their masks properly, etc.
The fact that we could get breakfast until 12pm in our room is a super plus!
Special shoutout to Hafid from the gate security team! He was extremely welcoming to us from our arrival to our departure.
I have been coming to Morocco for 18 years and this is definitely one of the best places I have stayed. The house is cozy and enchanting and decorated with original Moroccan sttyle and designs. Mrs. Fatima is a fabulous hostess and a wonderful person.
The location is great as it is about a 10 min drive to Jadida and about 20 minutes from Azemmour. Also, the beach is only about 5 minutes away.
we stayed at the Riad Siham on the last night of our three week trip to Morocco and it was an excellent choice. I wish we had scheduled an extra night to explore the town more fully as there is a lot to explore there. The Riad is beautiful. our room had a patio. Breakfast included everything one could wish for. Siham was a wonderful hostess.
We were amongst the first three guests staying at Oceana Mazagan Suites Hotel. The property had been taken over by a new owner, and the previously run down hotel was being renovated. Very nice view if you get a room with view to the ocean. Above KFC and opposite McDonalds - practical, as during our stay no meal services could be provided.
Excellent Location. Very clean and New Hotel at Beach Front.
Reception staff Ms Hassana was very helpfull and Room cleaning Service Ms Kauser was very professional in her job. Kitchen staff in Dining room was very Polite and Serving in thiser best manners.
Will recomend to my friends to saty there.
The hostess was very pleasant and the entire property had a great family feel. My friend and I had a lovely time walking around El Jadida's strange little Portugese Quarter and exploring the city. This is a great location and the breakfast was good, too. Will definitely stay here again!
Relaxing experience, Brand new hotel, very comfortable bed clean room.
The staff are very friendly and professional.
The area is so laid back and chilled with a nice beach view and many modern coffee shops and restaurants.
The hotel restaurant is really good especially if you like fish.
Splendid room in impressive building set in small garden behind the tatty main street. Great value for what you get. There is a lift and the hotel does take credit cards unlike what is stated on their listing. Staff really charming though there were operational problems see below.
It is a beautiful Riad in the wonderful city of El Jadida. What a welcome change from the madness of Marrakesh. The staff were exemplary. The room was very romantic. The breakfast was the best one we had in Morocco. This place made me want to return .
I have liked everything about this hotel: the grounds, the beautiful beach, the delicious meals, comfy room, prestine cleaninless (inside and outside), decor, the magnicient building, the hospitality, the kindness, and especially the people.
Hi there
The payment should be online from outside of Morocco
True booking or by Visa directly to your account ,
If I'm out side of Morocco and I want to book for my family someone else needs to make the payment from inside the country.
The working staff were always available and tried their best to compensate for the lack of basic things in our stay. Nonetheless we couldn't finish our 3 nights stay in this establishment.
- Staff were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful
- Room was excellent (we stayed in the tent) and it was the best nights sleep we’ve had in morocco.
- Beautiful view
