Lovely, modern, spotless, spacious property which was also centrally located. Also, we had the room with a private terrace and that was special.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen had all that needed. The terrace was quite big and the large windows of the apartment provided ample natural light that made it feel even more spacious.

This is a perfect place to base yourself for a vacation in Malta. Marsaxlokk is a pretty fishing village with a great Sunday market and lots of quality restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here rather than one of the resort towns such at St Paul's or St Julian's.

A beautiful fishing village with great fresh fish...
A beautiful fishing village with great fresh fish restaurants and good local boat trips. A daily market and a fish market on Sundays but very busy to get to by bus on a Sunday due to high demand. Great walks.

This is a charming traditional fishing village, most people...
This is a charming traditional fishing village, most people eat fish which is locally caught. The harbour front is used for a daily market and is transformed at night with most restaurants having tables on the waterfront. There are regular bus services to the capital Valetta, this takes around an hour at busy times, but 35 minutes when quiet. The buses also run to the airport. The town is served by a large Spar supermarket and scattered shops selling food drink, bottled water (essential as the tap water is chlorinated and not drinkable) Do visit the Sunday market, great value for money. The pavements can be uneven. The people are friendly and helpful. Our favourite restaurant was Roots on the seafront, prices were reasonable and the fish freshly caught. The portions are big, loved their chips too.

Pretty fishing village with lots of restaurants on the sea...
Pretty fishing village with lots of restaurants on the sea front. Market stalls during they day selling local food and Maltese craftwork and souvenirs. Magnificent church, inside and out. Village is prettily lit up at the seafront in the evening. There are some boat trips to take you to other parts of Malta. Being a fishing village, most of the restaurants were fish/seafood focussed, and a little on the expensive side (in my opinion) - so if you're not into fish there is very little choice. Good bus service to allow you to go to other towns, villages and Valetta. Also a regular bus service to/from airport.

Located just off the waterfront n a tranquil street.
Located just off the waterfront n a tranquil street. My room had a balcony and the breakfast room overlooked the harbour. The harbour is picturesque and bustling on market day.The staff were wonderful and i appreciated a shelf of book swap items. Every detail was thought of. I highly recommend this place.
The guesthouse is right on the beautiful seafront. The room is spacious with a large, comfortable bed. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, and had been delayed coming due to very bad weather conditions, but we still enjoyed our stay and would like to go back to Marsaxlokk again. Our kind host recommended a really nice place for dinner where we enjoyed a huge plate of seafood for a good price. In the morning, we were served excellent and filling breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Thank you, Michael!
La Reggia Guesthouse is just great! Russell, the owner and manager is accommodating and kind. Great breakfast choice including continental, English, or omelette. The view from our room was just amazing and the towels were changed every day. Location is also a plus: the guesthouse is located right on Marsaxlokk harbor with access to many restaurants and beaches. We had the best stay at La Reggia! Thanks Russell.
The location is really good, just a couple of minutes walk to Marsaxlokk Harbour and the main restaurants. The room was comfortable and had a really big terrace. We arrived earlier than the check in hours stated in booking just to leave our luggage, but the room was ready and we were able to do an early check-in. The check-out time is also convenient, later than most of other hotels I have seen in Malta.
I am very satisfied with everything. They are very kind and helpful, whatever I asked for was solved immediately. The room was incredibly clean, the breakfast was plentiful. The location of the hotel is also very great, just a few meters from the sea and the cozy coastal promenade. Thanks the staff for everything, if we come back again we will definitely choose them!:) I
The property is very conveniently located within walking distance to the port. Stayed in Sciroco room, very spacious, with plenty of natural light during the day and a very comfy bed. The hotel was very clean and modern, front desk accomodating and helpful and the breakfast was diversified and replenished. Would definitely book again!
Marsaxlokk is a lovely small town. This was a return visit.
Sayonara is well located at one end of the town.
The host lives on site.
The property is excellent - fist floor, but there is a stair life should this be needed.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Excellent kitchen. Laundry room. Lovely balcony.
Placement is perfect, 2 mins from harbor,30 seconds from bus stop to Valletta. A big terrace with the harbor view, unfortunately it was too hot to use there…. Hotel service was very practical. A pick up service from airport, Wifi was renewed after the original one was not worked. A good breakfast.
The host is extremely nice and accommodating, making sure you have you have everything you need. Breakfast was amazing. We only stayed for one night but still, he made sure we didn't miss out on the blue grotto and the charming port of Marsaxlokk. Thank you so much for showing us around Salvu!
The staff are very kindly and helpful. The breakfast is fine and we can choose from custom varieties. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The location of the hotel at the best point of the village. The landmark from the hotel rooftop teŕace is beautiful and you can find a pool here.
Great stay overall, everything went very well. The host was great, very friendly, and willing to accommodate us, the property itself was also great - clean, quiet, functional, and pleasant. The laundry facilities were a nice plus on top! And, the surrounding area, Marsaxlokk, is very scenic.
An absolute gem of a place in a lovely fishing village. Everything here was perfect -- from the location, the unique/spotless rooms and the helpfulness/friendliness of management, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Marsaxlokk (...or the whole of Malta). Perfect!
Good reception. We are late to the checking in but we could text with a host in booking.com app to avoid confusion and enter the property.
Also the bed were highly quality, easy access to Marsaxlokk, there held Sunday Market, 5mins walking.
Comfortable and quiet place to stay in Marsaxlokk, few steps from the waterfront. Beautiful views of the harbor from the breakfast room. Plenty of street parking around the accommodation in mid-September.
The lady who manages the property is really nice, willing to help you with anything at anytime. The location was also really great, close to the center of Marsaxlokk.
