Comfy beds, plenty of space and clean facilities. Breakfasts were sensational, made by Narla from fresh local produce.

Marbi Guest House is conveniently located just below the square where the old bazaar begins. It is a large stone house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and dining area, a small patio attached to the master bedroom and a large rooftop terrace. It is spacious, clean and an amazing value for the price. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Marjola and her husband were so kind and gracious. They met us at the square, handled our luggage,drove my husband who has mobility issues to the house, and checked in frequently to see how we were doing. We loved the city of Girokaster and the ease of exploring it from Marbi Guest house. I highly recommend this property.

Very friendly hosts who brought us homemade local food without us asking and even spoke some english. Apartment was clean and roomy (at least for 2 people) with a relatively well equipped kitchen.

The house is nice and comfortable. It's super clean, has all necessary features, very warm — since it has a wood stove. And being located a bit on the hill it provides stunning views on the surrounding mountains. Though, it's the people who made our stay very special here — very warm attitude of the hosts, feeling like coming home. Great communication: very open, friendly and hostpitable people, ready to help! Perfect breakfast from the local home made products. The location of that home would require a car to get there, but it's also very authentic experience to be here in the real Albanian village.

The house is spacious, with lots and lots of old world charm. Our hostess was close-by, kind and attentive. The location is excellent - the house is in old town half way up the hill. Go up to the bazaar and down the hill to the new town.

Free parking outside house and Prime Video provided. The host is super friendly and allow us to use mixed currency for payment. My only wish is there were more hot water in the main bathroom to run a bath.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. On Sunday morning we got up to find ourselves in middle of a local market ( good windows, so we didn’t hear any noise). Such a wonderful surprise! We bought the best herbs and veggies you can get.

Centrally located with walking distance to the main attractions. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, newly renovated and had all the facilities, The host is very friendly and gives detailed suggestions to make your stay perfect. Highly recommended! Will visit again.

This is the most cozy apartment we have ever stayed in. It’s like staying with family. Especially as the lady of the house came to bring us delicious food several times. She brought us rice pourage which brought me back to my youth 🤗 The bed is super comfortable, the shower and WiFi are great. The apartment has everything and more than you can wish for as its awfully furnished house. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the road up to the center and it was easy to park the car infront of the apartment. As every location up till now has been challenging to find in Albania. For us we followed google maps and then drove up the hill until we saw a bruncht blue house on the left hand side.
