We loved our time here. Was a great way to relax in to island life ! JP is an exceptional host, no request too big or small. Really felt well taken care of and welcomed. He met our request for afternoon tea on day when I was craving some tea and cake, as well as picking us up from various locations including the airport and a restaurant. If you don’t manage to reserve the room with the balcony, the view from the shared balcony on the top floor is amazing and you’ll probably get to meet and chat with the other nice guests staying there. Do note that private bathroom doesn’t mean en suite. The place is clean and comfortable and the location is amazing, 1 minute walk from the beach.

Offering an outdoor pool and buffet restaurant, Flag Hotel Foya Branca is located in Mindelo. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a TV. There is also a refrigerator. The room was nice and big and the hotel is right on the beach.

It is a bit windy, but the whole island is. Good parking, easy to collect keys, fairly well equipped but there's no kettle or oven which are shown on the listing. Plenty of space, water hot and bed comfortable. Paying was a bit awkward, but we got there in the end.
