The apartment is in a great location, by the sea and close to the centre of Kona. I loved sitting on the balcony of an evening and hearing the sea. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

Thw view is amazing. It was so nice to seat on the balcony and enjoy the sunset over the ocean. The rooms were huge, and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Also free parking.

The condo is part of Kona Islander Inn complex, but this particular one is directly handeld by Chris and Heather, as I believe every condo may have different owners. The condo is very clean, smartly furnished so that there is quite a lot of free space but also a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and storage. A small balcony/terrace completes it. The Inn has a common laundry but we didn't use it. The location is literally in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Communication was good! Chris & Heather gave me all the info via the Booking messenger and they were always ready to answer: I asked for a late check out on the last day (2pm instead of 11am) with 2 days advance, and got answered quickly that was possible (extra fee required). We always found a free parking in the parking that serves the whole Inn, but I have the feeling it might become limiting in higher seasons. So overall we were really happy with this choice.

The condo is located close to a couple of popular beaches, a couple of great shopping markets, and within walking distance of the main area of downtown Kona.

Clean, welcoming space, easy walking distance to the downtown Kona area. Chris is an excellent host and great communicator! Would definitely book here again!

All the amenities including pools, hot tubs, pickle ball courts, ping pong table, etc. were wonderful. Both ocean view & golf course views were breathtaking. Spacious condo, very comfortable!!!
